Opis

  • Lead and develop digital advertising consultants to meet targets for retention, budgets, client contact and account performance.
  • Manage employee hiring, departures and oversight.
  • Create training curricula for new trainees and the wider team.
  • Hold regular one-to-one meetings to provide feedback and support career growth.
  • Handle escalations involving high-profile clients and complex accounts.
  • Manage monthly budgets and keep them updated.
  • Prepare KPI reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate accurate monthly billing and reconciliation reports with the billing team.
  • Ensure supervisors meet weekly and monthly KPI targets.
  • Support OEM digital advertising programs in partnership with the OEM team.
  • Coach and mentor consultants to strengthen client service and account retention.
  • Spot at-risk clients and develop plans to reduce churn and improve results.
  • Create and implement process improvements with department leaders.
  • Work with specialist managers and their teams to improve support for consultants.
  • Coordinate processes across client-facing teams and partner with website, sales and SEO teams.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 7 years in digital ad operations and programmatic advertising.
  • At least 5 years in a management position.
  • A record of successfully managing multiple digital advertising clients.
  • Advanced skills with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong command of search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Clear communication, close attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace is preferred.
  • Strong organization and ability to reprioritize as needs change are preferred.
  • Reliability, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.
