Opis

  • Produce and analyze reports and spreadsheets on daily, monthly, and annual schedules.
  • Create management presentations using operational, accuracy, and productivity data, charts, and graphs.
  • Coordinate with Operations leaders to gather the information they need.
  • Communicate with colleagues across multiple internal teams.
  • Work with Operations to keep performance reporting accurate.
  • Reconcile reports against quality and production data.
  • Use extensive Excel reporting to build and analyze datasets.
  • Interpret TikTok performance results and explain the insights they reveal.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Operations leaders.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

  • Strong service skills, with a focus on timely delivery and quality.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
