Opis

  • Define technology strategy and roadmaps, and lead deployments across Digital Pathology, Digital Radiology, and Clinical Imaging.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business stakeholders across pharmaceutical research and development.
  • Identify opportunities for Digital Imaging platforms and assess their potential impact.
  • Deliver capabilities for Digital Imaging platforms.
  • Work across IT, influence sector and enterprise technology leaders, and collaborate with the Life Sciences imaging community.
  • Advance capabilities for scheduling, communication, monitoring, reporting, alerting, deployment, orchestration, configuration management, infrastructure, reuse, and reproducibility.
  • Use cloud computing to deliver effective solutions.
  • Develop sustainable models for operational processing and resource use.
  • Apply containerization, serverless computing, accelerated AI/ML and deep learning, and agentic AI technologies.
  • Design and develop generative and agentic AI platforms, LLM-powered applications, autonomous and multi-agent workflows, RAG, and model orchestration.
  • Build and operate AWS or Azure cloud solutions using reusable patterns for prompt engineering, tool and function calling, agent orchestration, evaluation, and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Lead technology work and support and mentor junior team members.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or a related field plus at least 6 years of industry experience, or a master’s degree in one of these fields plus at least 4 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to lead technology platforms, programs, and projects, applying technical expertise to identify new opportunities.
  • Experience with Python, Java, C++, or another complex programming language.
  • Experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
  • Experience with Docker, Singularity, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.
  • Experience with Windows platforms.
  • Experience with Linux platforms.
  • Experience managing technical vendors.
  • Experience working on global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with AWS RDS.
  • Preferred: Experience developing generative or agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or similar foundation models.
  • Preferred: Experience with agent frameworks and RAG architectures, including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Strands, and vector databases.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience implementing GraphQL APIs.
  • Preferred: Experience with visualization technologies and techniques.
  • Preferred: Experience using Chef for configuration management.
  • Preferred: Experience with GPUs for computational science, advanced AI/ML and deep learning image analysis, and predictive model training.
  • Preferred: Experience with high-performance storage solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing GxP projects.
