Opis

  • Win new agency accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Lead the go-to-market sales process.
  • Build strategic partnerships with agencies.
  • Manage new revenue, retention, and growth across a portfolio of independent agencies.
  • Plan regional go-to-market activity.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through discovery, stakeholder engagement, and account planning.
  • Lead sales from discovery through negotiation, pricing, and contract close with the EVP.
  • Help agencies recognize the value of AI-driven optimization and commerce media.
  • Develop account strategies that identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with Industry leads, Client Success, Product, Legal, and the EVP.
  • Share agency insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage pipeline development, account plans, revenue forecasts, and internal resources.
  • Shape regional market sizing and go-to-market strategy with the EVP, SDR, and Marketing support team.
  • Set budgets for client visits and industry events.
  • Report to and work with the EVP Sales, AMER Independent Agency.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of sales experience in AdTech, commerce media, or AI and data SaaS.
  • A documented record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
  • Experience selling to independent agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to keep learning and developing.
  • Ability to lead a full sales process centered on discovery.
  • Ability to map stakeholders, uncover overlooked problems, and build consensus among agency principals, strategists, and operations leads.
  • A proven record working with independent agencies and founder- or C-level clients.
  • Experience managing consultative, complex sales cycles with agencies of varying sizes.
  • A well-founded perspective on AI applications for media buyers.
  • Strategic, creative commercial thinking focused on business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, and the independent agency landscape.
  • Understanding of how independent agencies operate and generate profit.
  • Work from the office three days per week.
