Descriere

  • Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models for commercial operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and related business challenges
  • Lead and contribute to data science initiatives from initial concept through implementation
  • Build robust, scalable solutions that support organizational priorities
  • Partner with data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, GenAI, and business stakeholders
  • Use established practices for data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, validation, and deployment
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain technical documentation
  • Keep current with developments in machine learning, GenAI, and analytics
  • Find ways to enhance existing models and data science processes
  • Explain complex data science concepts in terms that business partners can apply
  • Help inform decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, applied mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on AI and machine learning experience, including a record of building and deploying enterprise solutions at scale
  • Experience using advanced analytics and machine learning to address practical challenges such as forecasting, pricing, customer analytics, sales planning, computer vision, and operational optimization
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, GenAI frameworks, and data engineering
  • Proficiency with Python, AWS, Azure, and open-source technologies including R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning and GenAI models in production
  • Understanding of analytics practices used in commercial operations, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing, and finance
  • Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives
  • Experience succeeding in cross-functional, hybrid, and virtual team environments
  • Commitment to responsible and ethical data science
  • Availability to travel for business meetings when required
