GE HealthCare is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to develop scalable AI and machine learning solutions across commercial operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance. The role partners with engineering, analytics, GenAI, and business teams to deliver production-ready models and actionable insights.

- Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models for commercial operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and related business challenges
- Lead and contribute to data science initiatives from initial concept through implementation
- Build robust, scalable solutions that support organizational priorities
- Partner with data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, GenAI, and business stakeholders
- Use established practices for data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, validation, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain technical documentation
- Keep current with developments in machine learning, GenAI, and analytics
- Find ways to enhance existing models and data science processes
- Explain complex data science concepts in terms that business partners can apply
- Help inform decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes

आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, applied mathematics, or a related discipline
- Hands-on AI and machine learning experience, including a record of building and deploying enterprise solutions at scale
- Experience using advanced analytics and machine learning to address practical challenges such as forecasting, pricing, customer analytics, sales planning, computer vision, and operational optimization
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, GenAI frameworks, and data engineering
- Proficiency with Python, AWS, Azure, and open-source technologies including R, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning and GenAI models in production
- Understanding of analytics practices used in commercial operations, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing, and finance
- Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives
- Experience succeeding in cross-functional, hybrid, and virtual team environments
- Commitment to responsible and ethical data science
- Availability to travel for business meetings when required
