Descriere

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across the architecture, development, and operation of backend microservices and AI-native platform capabilities.
  • Build, deploy, and scale production agents and agentic systems spanning orchestration, tool use, planning, retrieval, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Integrate hosted LLMs and support open-source and fine-tuned models with routing, fallback, and graceful-degradation strategies.
  • Define and refine evaluation methods for agent quality, safety, and reliability.
  • Scale model-serving and inference workloads while optimizing availability, throughput, latency, capacity, and cost.
  • Develop and maintain data and MLOps pipelines for curation, evaluation, model adaptation, and production deployment.
  • Implement protections against prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe tool use, and cross-tenant access.
  • Set production-readiness standards covering SLOs, observability, tracing, testing, release controls, and incident response.
  • Develop cloud solutions that detect and help counter targeted cyberattacks.
  • Shape technical direction, lead design reviews, make architecture decisions, and contribute to production code through writing and review.
  • Partner with engineering, product, data science, security research, and operations teams.
  • Mentor engineers working across diverse technologies.
  • Continuously enhance product architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and reliability.
  • Take ownership from development and testing through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
  • Work in a collaborative, agile environment centered on trust, learning, and customer outcomes.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating LLM-powered agents or agentic systems in production.
  • Extensive software engineering experience, including technical leadership of complex, cross-team initiatives while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong background in backend microservices, cloud platforms, data-intensive systems, and distributed-system principles such as partitioning, concurrency, consistency, fault tolerance, and horizontal scaling.
  • Experience incorporating language models into production software and accounting for differences among models and providers.
  • Experience evaluating and diagnosing non-deterministic AI systems across quality, safety, latency, cost, and reliability.
  • Strong programming ability in Go, Python, or a comparable language, with readiness to work across Go and Python services.
  • Deep knowledge of engineering practices including testing, peer review, secure design, resilient architecture, and production observability.
  • Ability to make sound technical trade-offs, communicate clearly, and influence engineering direction across teams.
  • Ability to succeed in a test-driven, collaborative, and iterative engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering dependable, high-quality software that is tested, reviewed, continuously integrated, and operated in production.
  • Team-oriented approach with a commitment to mentoring and developing fellow engineers.
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience with Go (Golang), Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Redis, S3, EC2, IAM, Kafka, Git, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, LLM APIs, open-source model ecosystems, PyTorch, Hugging Face, agent orchestration, evaluation and observability tools, and GPU-based inference or model-serving technologies.
  • Preferred experience includes LLM fine-tuning, deployment of open-source or fine-tuned LLMs, preference optimization, reinforcement learning from feedback, model distillation, cybersecurity or intelligence, open-source contributions, applied research, or technical publications.
