Descriere
- Deliver and support software solutions for end-user clients
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
- Form and lead cross-functional teams for client engagements
- Establish implementation plans, resource estimates, and cost projections
- Identify risks and issues, evaluate work quality, and maintain client alignment
- Develop modernization roadmaps and design technically feasible solutions
- Direct infrastructure and service design, development, engineering, implementation, and operations
- Oversee product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
- Balance user requirements, business goals, resource capacity, and technical feasibility
- Maintain the performance and availability of cloud and internal services
- Lead cloud and end-user service delivery projects to on-time, on-budget completion
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-focused workplace
- Set objectives, give feedback, complete performance reviews, and develop employees
