Lead PayPal’s collections and recoveries organization across products and regions. Drive performance, loss reduction, customer experience, regulatory engagement, and leadership development.
Descriere
- Serve as general manager for teams handling past-due and charged-off debt across PayPal’s products and regions
- Lead a large, geographically distributed workforce of PayPal employees and suppliers
- Oversee supporting operations, including digital outreach and fulfillment
- Create and track metrics that balance losses, customer experience, operating costs, employee satisfaction, and risk
- Lead initiatives that reduce losses, improve customer outcomes, increase efficiency, and mitigate risk
- Work with Collections Strategy on strategic programs and planning
- Develop and coach Director- and Senior Manager-level leaders
- Monitor industry developments and represent PayPal at industry forums
- Partner with business leaders and teams across Strategy & Analysis, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
Cerințe
- At least 12 years of relevant experience plus a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Collections leadership across multiple asset classes, including credit cards, buy now, pay later, and business lending
- Demonstrated success engaging with regulators in the United States, United Kingdom, and EMEA
- Experience leading and delivering call center transformation programs
- Ability to manage a large, geographically diverse organization of PayPal employees and first- or third-party suppliers
- Willingness to travel 15%
