Descriere

  • Drive machine learning and data product development from problem definition through deployment and monitoring, keeping solutions aligned with business goals
  • Create scalable data, model-training, and inference pipelines with distributed processing and cloud platforms
  • Use statistical analysis, experimentation, and validation methods to assess solution quality and business value
  • Produce reliable, production-ready code while advancing testing, CI/CD, observability, and other engineering practices
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders while providing leadership to engineers and data scientists
  • Combine machine learning, software engineering, and big-data expertise to develop AI and ML systems
  • Contribute to iterative experimentation, continuous development, and build-measure-learn practices

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree with at least five years of related experience, or an advanced degree with at least three years of related experience
  • Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, or engineering
  • Four to seven years of experience building and deploying machine learning and deep learning solutions at scale
  • Working knowledge of MLOps and DevOps practices and tooling
  • Four to seven years of experience with big-data architectures, modern analytical platforms, and large-scale warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift
  • Four to seven years of experience using large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms with SQL, Python, Scala, and AWS
  • Four to seven years of experience solving complex data, machine learning, or algorithmic problems in production using modern engineering practices
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML, data structures, statistical modeling, optimization, big data, and design thinking
  • Advanced familiarity with cloud services across GCP and AWS
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and libraries including pandas, scikit-learn, scipy, and numpy
  • Hands-on experience with streaming data, relational and non-relational databases, distributed processing, and related architecture
  • Experience operating production machine learning and data systems in cloud-based and containerized environments
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
