Senior AI Services Lead, Client Services – phData (Remote)
Lead Anthropic-focused client accounts for phData, guiding delivery, expansion, and enterprise AI transformation planning. The role combines client leadership, account growth, and hands-on AI and data expertise.
Descriere
- Activate newly won Anthropic-focused client accounts
- Own end-to-end account delivery and surface technical or delivery risks early
- Develop account plans and maintain prioritized use-case backlogs
- Expand pilots and workshops into multi-phase, multi-workstream AI transformation programs
- Advise senior client leaders on AI and data roadmaps
- Work with Anthropic’s field organization and phData’s Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leaders to develop and close expansion opportunities
- Lead executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap discussions
- Mentor colleagues while supporting learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Help develop internal playbooks, account-planning frameworks, and repeatable AI and data delivery practices
- Share client insights and proven approaches to strengthen phData’s engagement model and delivery quality
Cerințe
- Bring 6–10+ years in a hybrid delivery and sales role within consulting or professional services, including service scoping and project-success accountability; strategic account growth and executive engagement experience may be an alternative
- Have demonstrated ownership of both delivery quality and account growth within the same engagement
- Have scoped and delivered services engagements valued from $50K to $1M
- Have converted an individual pilot into a broader rollout through account plans and roadmaps
- Be prepared to take ownership of activation and expansion soon after an account is won
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, or CDOs
- Structure complex problems and drive resolution in a matrixed organization
- Be willing to travel up to 50% according to client requirements
- Bring practical AI and data knowledge to identify use cases and delivery risks across agentic AI, LLM, and data solutions, including RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evaluations, and data architecture
- Have direct experience with Anthropic Code, Cowork, or Enterprise, or with a comparable LLM or agentic AI platform
