Descriere
- Evaluate specialized requests under investor and client procedures
- Gather and review documentation for subordinations, easements, partial releases, assumptions, adjustable-rate mortgages, buydowns, balloon loans, and other specialized requests
- Review internal requests and respond or escalate based on departmental requirements
- Help uphold quality standards for outgoing correspondence
- Complete work within required timelines and standards
- Carry out other assigned duties
Cerințe
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- One to two years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
