- Coordinate work with fleet service technicians.
- Schedule and organize customer equipment.
- Keep customers and fleet service technicians informed.
- Update fleet service coordinators and service writers when work is complete.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures for work practices and driving.
- Process technician repair orders promptly for billing.
- Support the sales team in pursuing outside revenue.
- Follow up on completed work and identify further service and repair opportunities.
- Help prepare daily schedules for technicians.
- Prepare equipment repair estimates and share them with customers.
- Respond promptly to internal requests.
- Submit required paperwork by its deadlines.
- Provide on-call or after-hours coverage when needed.
- Keep work areas clean.
