Descriere
- Welcome patients and customers while assessing their needs
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Meet management-set sales targets in compliance with company and local policies
- Help customers select products and services that fit their budgets and eye-care needs
- Resolve prescription issues and customer complaints by providing practical solutions
- Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames onsite or virtually according to prescriptions and specifications
- Complete minor eyewear repairs and adjustments
- Approve completed jobs after verifying power ranges and lens measurements
- Review written prescriptions and confirm that lenses meet specifications
- Perform routine housekeeping to uphold brand standards
- Exceed individual and store sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with Brand Manager responsibilities and regularly serve as Manager on Duty
- Support recruiting, training, and associate development planning
- Develop partnerships with Clinical services
- Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- Collaborate with the Support Center and Human Resources
- Maintain accurate lab production to meet Now Service and Ready When Promised commitments
- Complete basic customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses
- Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Uphold lab brand standards and report equipment problems or order issues
- Monitor delivery commitments to maintain 100% compliance
- Complete other assigned duties as required
Cerințe
- Experience providing exceptional customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced retail setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead others
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies
- Experience managing or directing a sales team
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and adapt to changing business needs within a team environment
- Effective communication skills for working with diverse groups of people
- Valid ABO and NCLE certifications and/or a license applicable to the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to exceptional customer and patient care
- Strong interest in learning, adopting, and encouraging innovation
