Capita is seeking an HR Operations Executive in Mumbai to support payroll, pensions, Workday administration, onboarding, learning, recruitment, and employee and manager queries in a hybrid role.
Descriere
- Investigate and resolve queries through the appropriate communication channels
- Act as the first helpdesk contact for Capita managers and employees
- Enter, process, and verify payroll transactions accurately and on schedule
- Apply the rules of different pension schemes when supporting customers and stakeholders
- Handle HR Operations activities in Workday
- Assist with employee onboarding processes
- Create, develop, and deliver learning content
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate assessments and onboarding commencement activities
- Safeguard personal data throughout HR processes
- Deliver work within SLA and KPI timeframes
- Recommend improvements to relevant HR processes
