Descriere

  • Manage the Chief Development Officer’s calendar, travel, donor engagements, external commitments, and strategic relationships.
  • Support executive decisions by understanding departmental priorities, stakeholders, and fundraising goals.
  • Track strategic priorities, decisions, commitments, action items, risks, delays, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, work plans, milestones, stakeholder communications, risks, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Research and prepare briefings, presentations, meeting plans, and background materials.
  • Coordinate donor and prospect research, briefings, meeting records, CRM documentation, engagement tracking, and follow-up.
  • Support the Development Leadership Team and people leaders with planning, budgets, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
  • Work with HR, Finance, and internal partners on departmental deliverables and organizational needs.
  • Plan and run leadership meetings, retreats, and planning sessions, including agendas, logistics, materials, decision tracking, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate travel, meeting and offsite logistics, expense reports, vendors, and administrative operations.
  • Build and improve processes, tools, and systems that support executive effectiveness and department operations.
  • Support department-wide meetings and communications with scheduling, agendas, notes, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Communicate for Development leaders with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders working with the Office of the Chief Development Officer.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • At least three years supporting senior leaders in a complex stakeholder environment, including executive scheduling, prioritization, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and complex schedules with strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Strong writing skills, including research, synthesizing information, concise briefings, presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications.
  • Project coordination experience, including turning strategic priorities into actionable plans, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Professional, trustworthy, discreet, independent, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience supporting a senior executive or executive leadership team is preferred.
  • Experience in a nonprofit, fundraising, philanthropy, or other mission-driven setting is preferred.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for research, content development, meeting preparation, and workflow management is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
