Coordinate customer orders, warehouse shipments and carrier operations for DSV’s international logistics accounts. Support automotive and high-tech customers in a hybrid role based in Hapert, Netherlands.

Descriere

  • Act as the primary customer contact for logistics-related requests
  • Communicate daily with customers, international colleagues, carriers and internal teams about sea freight, road transport and express shipments
  • Plan and track inbound and outbound warehouse shipments
  • Verify that goods are received and dispatched accurately
  • Track inventory levels and keep warehouse management system records up to date
  • Investigate and resolve customer questions, discrepancies and operational issues
  • Align shipment activities and operational workflows with carriers and colleagues
  • Provide timely customer updates while maintaining dependable service for international key accounts

Cerințe

  • Previous experience in logistics, ideally within customer service
  • Strong working proficiency in English
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • A hands-on approach to resolving problems
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Availability for a 40-hour work week
  • Willingness to complete VOG and VGB screening
