Business Systems Analyst, CRM and Low-Code (Remote, Vietnam)

Descriere

  • Configure sections, objects, reference data, and product catalogues for retail, corporate, Islamic, and private banking lines
  • Design and implement end-to-end business processes in a BPMN environment
  • Create dynamic case flows for leads, referrals, and opportunities
  • Develop Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards, and reports
  • Set up roles, organizational structures, and record- and field-level permissions
  • Join fit-gap workshops and gather requirements from business subject-matter experts
  • Convert requirements into use cases and determine where existing product capabilities meet the need
  • Create proof-of-concept screens and demonstrations for client gates and presales activities
  • Prepare and maintain configuration documentation
  • Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing for delivered configurations
  • Work with solution architects and developers to define the boundary between configuration and custom development
  • Present completed work directly to clients

Cerințe

  • 1–3 years of experience as a systems or business analyst on enterprise implementations involving CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM, or similar systems
  • Hands-on implementation experience rather than support or data analytics experience
  • Design-level BPMN knowledge, including end-to-end processes with gateways, parallel branches, timers, and escalations
  • Fundamental relational data modelling skills, including tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, and normalization
  • Practical configuration experience with a low-code, CRM, or BPM platform such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C, or a comparable system
  • Experience configuring role models and access permissions
  • Direct client engagement experience leading workshops, presenting work, and capturing and validating requirements
  • Technical fluency sufficient to read SQL queries, understand REST APIs and JSON, and inspect logs
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Creatio experience or Creatio Academy certification is preferred
  • Banking or financial services knowledge is preferred
  • Systems integrator experience delivering solutions to corporate clients is preferred
  • Quality assurance experience on implementation projects is preferred
  • A strong user-experience perspective for business applications is preferred
  • Bilingual or right-to-left interface experience is preferred
