Descriere

  • Coordinate meeting and conference room setups based on stakeholder requests
  • Respond to customer questions and service inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and maintain employee records
  • Assign tasks, prepare schedules, and manage calendars
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Enter operational supply and equipment inventory into web-based software
  • Oversee daily calendars, work orders, schedules, and email inboxes
  • Coordinate daily requests for room configurations
  • Follow up with stakeholders about missing or conflicting information
  • Deliver professional customer service and clear communication
  • Maintain room lists, inventory records, and related data
  • Follow company safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Create and install signage across campus property
  • Prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and archive proceedings
  • Address at-risk behavior involving oneself or others
  • Partner with the program manager to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license may be required depending on business needs
  • Employees who drive must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and satisfy company driving eligibility requirements
  • Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to drive to different work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be required
