Apraksts

  • Support clinical trials through documentation management, meeting coordination, and accurate maintenance of trial records
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation while maintaining alignment with study protocols and applicable requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advance trial operations and address issues arising during the study
  • Track study progress, coordinate site communications, and help ensure study materials are delivered on schedule
  • Develop effective working relationships with site personnel and other stakeholders to support efficient trial delivery
  • Own assigned clinical trial management deliverables and use specialist knowledge to address complex operational challenges

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline
  • Substantial experience supporting clinical trials, with a sound understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems and related software, with strong attention to documentation and data accuracy
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate with varied teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 10%
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based
