Senior Clinical Trial Associate – Hybrid, Mannheim
Support clinical trial administration and operational delivery for ICON’s sponsor-dedicated pharmaceutical services. Coordinate regulatory documentation, site communications, trial records, and stakeholder activities.

- Support clinical trials through documentation management, meeting coordination, and accurate maintenance of trial records
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation while maintaining alignment with study protocols and applicable requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance trial operations and address issues arising during the study
- Track study progress, coordinate site communications, and help ensure study materials are delivered on schedule
- Develop effective working relationships with site personnel and other stakeholders to support efficient trial delivery
- Own assigned clinical trial management deliverables and use specialist knowledge to address complex operational challenges
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Substantial experience supporting clinical trials, with a sound understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Experience with clinical trial management systems and related software, with strong attention to documentation and data accuracy
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate with varied teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 10%
- Fluency in German and English
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based
