  • Administer CRM, contact center, marketing, and engagement platforms for the Growth team.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, automation, integrations, reports, and data quality.
  • Work with Admissions, Marketing, and Business Development leaders to identify and implement technology solutions.
  • Lead Growth technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, training, and adoption.
  • Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships.
  • Build reports and dashboards to support data-informed decisions.
  • Maintain system documentation, governance, and operating practices.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure solutions scale sustainably and support organizational goals.

Prasības

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least three years of experience as the primary administrator or owner of a CRM or similar business platform.
  • Hands-on CRM configuration experience, with examples to share.
  • Experience with New Resilience, Salesforce, or a healthcare-focused CRM is strongly preferred.
  • API integration experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with call tracking and contact center platforms such as CallTrackingMetrics (CTM), CallRail, or Five9; willingness to learn and manage these systems is required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing data tools such as Ours Privacy, Freshpaint, or similar platforms; Google Analytics 4 and tag management experience are a plus.
  • Able to work across multiple time zones.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Behavioral health treatment provider experience or general knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
