- Evaluate organizational structures and recommend ways to improve effectiveness.
- Advise leaders on people-related issues and HR strategy.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects involving processes, engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and create measures of HR program effectiveness.
- Build cross-organizational partnerships while providing strategic HR guidance.
- Support change management and employee engagement efforts.
- Counsel business leaders on employee relations and performance management.
- Keep HR policies and practices aligned with applicable laws and industry regulations.

- Bring 7–10 years of HR experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
