Aprašymas

  • Support e-commerce clients with tailored guidance and process design
  • Assess current operations, set goals, and map out bespoke Xentral implementation plans
  • Configure shop connections, inventory rules, and workflow automations in collaborative build sessions
  • Design system logic, implement Xentral configurations, and keep clear documentation
  • Resolve client technical issues with practical solutions
  • Stay in touch with clients through Slack, Loom, and written guides
  • Join daily Client Success meetings to report progress, raise support needs, and share lessons
  • Collaborate directly with founders and internal colleagues

Reikalavimai

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience in ERP, process consulting, or technical customer support
  • Strong technical and analytical grasp of complex processes, automation, and system logic
  • Some Python or JavaScript experience is preferred
  • Basic SQL knowledge and hands-on JavaScript experience are advantages
  • Experience with SaaS products such as Xentral, Make, Slack, n8n, or similar tools
  • Work in a structured, practical, and solution-focused way
  • Guide clients, build trust, and hold them to clearly defined responsibilities
  • Communicate confidently with founders as a peer
  • Take initiative, work reliably, and meet agreed deadlines
  • Be prepared to take ownership and work 50–60 hours during intensive project periods
  • Welcome candid feedback and ongoing personal and professional growth
  • Stay composed and communicate clearly and constructively under pressure
