Finance Manager, Manufacturing Finance

Manage manufacturing finance activities for Clorox, including cost consolidation, forecasting, and monthly accounting close. Partner with plant sites, Procurement, and Supply Planning in Mexico.

Aprašymas

  • Coordinate Supply Chain Finance work across manufacturing, sourcing, close, and forecast activities.
  • Manage selected SBU relationships and provide ad hoc support for companywide delivered-cost consolidation and reporting.
  • Forecast selected purchase price variance accounts and D&D in partnership with Procurement and Supply Planning.
  • Partner with plant sites and business stakeholders through the Manufacturing Finance Center of Practice.
  • Assist with annual standards setting and related training.
  • Coach and train Supply Chain Finance colleagues in real time.
  • Close assigned accounts monthly, covering usage and standard-rate variances under company policies, internal controls, and GAAP.
  • Provide forecasts, gap analyses, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Apply financial leadership and influence to improve business results through cost management.
  • Drive transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Reikalavimai

  • At least six years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Strong knowledge of Clorox systems, including SAP R/3, BW, and SEM, as well as Essbase.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
  • A self-directed approach, with ownership of projects and tasks and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in Finance teams and across functions.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
