  • Build and expand a client base by promoting full-time placement services
  • Engage technology leaders through phone and video outreach
  • Hold face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers
  • Attend local associations and networking events to increase Robert Half’s presence
  • Identify candidates who align with client job requirements
  • Stay connected with client organizations and assigned contract professionals

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A degree in technology is preferred
  • Preferred candidates have at least two years of business-to-business development experience or experience in a technology-related field

  • Strong capabilities in both business development and account management
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and persist in a fast-moving environment with urgency
