Learning Designer, Data and AI Training
Design evidence-based data and AI training for Correlation One’s workforce development programs, creating curricula, exercises, and reusable learning resources for enterprise clients.

- Develop slides and instructor guides for live online data and AI training.
- Adapt curricula with client-specific examples and case studies.
- Create interactive exercises that encourage learner engagement and hands-on practice.
- Prepare assignment workbooks and guidance for successful capstone projects.
- Evaluate program outcomes and build reusable learning resources for different client needs.
- Review subject matter experts’ materials and suggest improvements to the learning experience.
- Refine lessons using feedback from instructors and learners.
- Oversee instructional design and delivery, including assessment, facilitation, and feedback processes.
- Set timelines, monitor progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Create consistent workflows and templates while accommodating each client’s needs.
- Use data to guide decisions, track program performance, and define efficiency and impact measures.
- Allocate resources across competing deadlines to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in education, design, business, or a related field.
- Experience designing courses for adult learners.
- Comfort designing corporate training on data and AI topics.
- Experience using effective approaches to engage learners and help them reach learning goals.
- Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- A bias for action and persistence.
- Collaborative approach, with initiative in contacting colleagues and keeping them informed.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience, including building and managing operational frameworks and processes that can scale with growth.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Availability during working hours compatible with the Eastern Time Zone.
