- Alternate between cash handling and broader banking activities, with emphasis on account openings and ongoing account support

- At least six months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
- Bilingual spoken and listening proficiency in Spanish and English
- Successful completion of the required language assessment
- Availability for a schedule that includes Saturdays
- SAFE registration at the time of employment
- Loan Originators must satisfy LO/CFPB requirements
- Compliance with Wells Fargo policies, including standards concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
- A credit report may be reviewed, and additional ongoing screening may apply

- Previous experience in financial services or another highly regulated, customer-facing environment
