Senior Director, Client Service - Media Effectiveness | Kantar
Lead media effectiveness research, strategic client advisory, and account growth for Kantar. Build high-performing teams and guide media investment and measurement decisions.

- Own a strategic book of business within the broader practice portfolio
- Manage high-value client accounts across research delivery, forecasts, profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term growth
- Advise senior and executive stakeholders on media investment and measurement strategy
- Direct complex media effectiveness programs covering brand lift, cross-platform measurement, attribution, ROI, and segmentation
- Convert client business challenges into scalable research frameworks
- Turn complex, multi-source data into executive narratives and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with commercial teams to grow existing accounts and uncover new research opportunities
- Improve operational performance through optimized resourcing, delivery models, and best practices
- Develop high-performing teams and strengthen research, storytelling, and client leadership capabilities
- Represent Kantar with client leaders and across the media measurement and analytics industry
Талаптар
- 10–15+ years of experience in market research, media analytics, or insights consulting, including ownership of complex client portfolios
- Advanced experience delivering media effectiveness research across brand lift, digital, CTV, addressable, and linear channels, with expertise in attribution, ROI, and segmentation
- Ability to turn complex data into clear executive narratives that support strategic decisions and media investment outcomes
- Record of advising senior and executive stakeholders while shaping measurement strategy and long-term business direction
- Strong commercial judgment, including experience supporting renewals, account growth, and multi-year planning
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams, developing research talent, and improving account structures
- Demonstrated ability to scale operational excellence through effective resourcing, delivery models, and team practices
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills in fast-paced, complex client settings
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
