Improve operations across Solace’s U.S. healthcare advocacy marketplace by analyzing workflows and capacity. Build dashboards and turn complex data into practical recommendations.

- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in patient journeys and advocate workflows.
- Assess advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply and demand to inform staffing.
- Build and maintain Hex dashboards that reduce manual reporting.
- Give Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams access to self-service metrics.
- Work with Engineering to keep data models accurate and reliable.
- Improve SQL queries and dbt transformations.
- Translate technical findings into clear recommendations for nontechnical audiences.
- Present trends and proposed actions to leadership.
- Analyze structured and semi-structured healthcare operations data, including nested JSON.
- Apply data insights to improve operations, workflows, and resource allocation.

- At least three years of data analytics experience, including work in healthcare operations.
- Understanding of healthcare operations such as intake, scheduling, caseloads, and service-level agreements.
- Advanced SQL and Snowflake skills.
- Strong experience designing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Hex or comparable notebook-based BI tools; Looker, Tableau, or Metabase experience is useful.
- Experience handling messy structured and semi-structured data, including nested JSON and unstructured datasets.
- Ability to use AI for SQL and analysis, and to validate its output.
- Strong root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to operators, product managers, and executives.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must not need Solace sponsorship for a U.S. work permit now or in the future.
