  • Monitor and classify comments and direct messages across brand channels, including customer service requests
  • Follow social media conversations and report content opportunities, emerging trends, and potential crisis signals to the team
  • Apply each brand’s response procedures and tone-of-voice standards while recommending improvements
  • Assist with crisis response by following established protocols
  • Contribute to engagement, sentiment, and brand health reporting with content insights and recommendations
  • Use social media monitoring platforms as part of daily operations
  • Coordinate incoming requests to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Support client communications related to Community Management alongside the wider team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Good awareness of social media memes and current events
  • Proactive, perceptive approach to work
  • Strong written communication and the ability to adjust tone for different brands
  • Highly organized, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple brands
  • Interest in performance metrics and willingness to develop data-analysis skills
  • Preferred: internship or other experience in social media, social customer service, or community management
  • Preferred: familiarity with monitoring or customer service platforms such as Buzzmonitor, Sprinklr, or Stilingue
  • Preferred: active social media accounts or experience producing content for social platforms
