Description

  • Lead the adoption of agile ways of working across teams and transformation programmes
  • Evaluate operating models, identify improvement areas, and produce data-based recommendations
  • Run workshops, leadership meetings, and customer sessions
  • Create and deliver culture and behavioural change programmes aligned with business strategy
  • Bring customer-focused thinking into transformation work and decision-making
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives that support adoption and reduce resistance
  • Develop relationships with customers at every level and influence decisions without formal authority
  • Complete leadership assessments and help leaders navigate organisational change
  • Use recognised change management methods across transformation initiatives
  • Respond to workforce concerns and advise leaders on organisational impacts
  • Support organisational design and development work
  • Adapt transformation methods to bp’s business context
  • Contribute insights, recommendations, and lessons learned to strategic planning
  • Create reports and performance measures using Excel and other tools
  • Contribute to high-profile projects and decisions that shape the business

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or enterprise improvement programmes
  • Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability, with skill in turning data into practical insights
  • Experience working with complex customer groups and influencing senior leaders
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation capabilities
  • Experience creating and delivering culture change and employee engagement initiatives
  • Knowledge of established change management methods and processes
  • Understanding of organisational development, operating model design, and workforce transformation
  • Ability to work effectively within complex, matrixed corporate environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability for analysis and reporting
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
