Description

  • Lead and support M&A work spanning due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition transformation
  • Evaluate acquisition targets, value-creation opportunities, operational consequences, and business risks
  • Work with leaders and teams to design future operating models, organisational structures, and integration plans
  • Run workshops and collaborative sessions that address business challenges and enable informed decisions
  • Help align cultures, behaviours, and working practices while supporting employees through organisational change
  • Create employee engagement and communications plans
  • Assess leadership capability, critical talent, and organisational needs across acquired businesses
  • Interpret business, workforce, and financial data to inform recommendations and integration decisions

Requirements

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort engaging with stakeholders at every level of an organisation
