Home Care Consultant (m/f/d) – Stuttgart Region
Field-based home care consultant for ARZcare, supporting care advice and training services. Counsel people needing care and their relatives across the Stuttgart region.
Description
- Conduct home consultations with insured people and their relatives under Section 37(3) of Book XI of the German Social Code (SGB XI)
- Record consultations, assess individual needs, and initiate suitable follow-up actions
- Train family caregivers under Section 45 of SGB XI
- Advise people requiring care and their relatives under Section 7a of SGB XI
- Provide product training and professional guidance to employees at various companies
- Help develop and produce informational materials
- Build and expand regional networks and partnerships
Requirements
- Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, registered nurse, or in a comparable field
- At least two years of professional experience
- At least six months of that experience in home healthcare
- Qualifications covering Sections 45 and/or 7a of SGB XI, or willingness to obtain them
- Proficiency with MS Office and modern digital work tools
- Ability to share knowledge and support others
- Understanding of the emotional significance of home in the context of care
- Strong communication skills for helping people balance employment and caregiving responsibilities
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
- Class B driver's license
