Talent Acquisition Coordinator — Fort Lauderdale (Onsite)

Support full-cycle recruiting operations for TEAM’s experiential marketing agency, coordinating hiring documentation, interviews, compliance screening, and recruiting events.

Description

  • Support sourcers and recruiters across the full-cycle hiring process, from identifying recruitment needs through final interviews and offers.
  • Process recruiting information, offers, new-hire documents, and handoffs to the PTPS team for orientation.
  • Assist with opening requisitions, extending offers, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Collect, process, and organize new-hire files to support policy and legal compliance.
  • Format resumes and job descriptions using Microsoft Word.
  • Maintain candidate records and complete required paperwork accurately and according to established standards.
  • Close positions in the ATS, send SCF, record offer details, notify orientation and HR partners, and enter Brand Trend information.
  • Run background checks and complete Auto Policy forms for employees who drive client vehicles.
  • Conduct basic telephone applicant screenings when requested.
  • Coordinate interviews by managing availability, confirmations, scheduling, on-site logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for job fairs and college recruiting events.
  • Build and sustain relationships with colleges, networking groups, and public health organizations to strengthen community visibility and applicant flow.
  • Protect the confidentiality of HRM-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least one year of recruitment-related experience.
  • High-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and related reporting is a plus.
  • Spanish-language skills are an advantage.
  • Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with detailed reporting and tracking is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and judgment when handling complex administrative work.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and accurately complete a substantial workload.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate about sensitive, confidential matters with people at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Initiative and the ability to build strong, productive professional relationships.
  • Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated achievement of goals.
