Senior Technical Lead, MSP Partnerships at Meter (Remote, US)

Lead MSP, carrier, and GSI partnerships for Meter’s vertically integrated networking platform. Build recurring partner revenue, launch joint managed services, and shape the service-provider go-to-market strategy.

Description

  • Develop strategic partnerships across the service-provider ecosystem to generate recurring partner-sourced revenue.
  • Expand Meter’s engagement with partner teams spanning technical operations, solution architecture, and service delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to surface capability gaps, growth opportunities, and investment priorities.
  • Establish a repeatable partner model with tiers focused on the highest-potential relationships.
  • Increase awareness, adoption, and credibility for Meter’s unified networking solution.
  • Guide process, operational, and technical decisions that produce customer success stories and scalable partnership models.
  • Set partner strategy and advance the long-term go-to-market roadmap across the solution-provider ecosystem.
  • Communicate Meter’s value to MSP and service-provider technical teams.
  • Help partner sellers, architects, and service-delivery teams with discovery, managed-service design, pricing, and transition planning.
  • Position Meter within partners’ managed-services portfolios.
  • Create and launch joint managed-service offerings with defined packaging, pricing, and service levels.
  • Provide continuing enablement for partner technical, practice, and operations teams.
  • Engage partner technical leaders, product organizations, and NOC or operations groups.
  • Work with the MSP business lead on joint plans, revenue goals, enablement schedules, and co-marketing.
  • Monitor partner development, expand pipeline and revenue, and resolve operational obstacles.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience partnering with managed service providers, carriers, and global systems integrators.
  • Demonstrated success generating recurring revenue through partnerships within complex service-provider organizations.
  • Working knowledge of MSP portfolio alignment, service margins, operating costs, and customer lifecycles.
  • Skill in managing a broad relationship portfolio and creating a tiered partner strategy.
  • Strong grasp of networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical, product, and operations stakeholders.
  • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at every level and influence decisions.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel and invest in face-to-face relationship building.
  • Comfort operating amid ambiguity in early-stage go-to-market settings.
