Senior Product Manager, Communications (Remote, Canada)

Lead zero-to-one communications products for Jane.app’s clinic SaaS platform, from customer discovery through commercialization. Shape the communications roadmap, AI strategy, customer outcomes, and product launches.

Description

  • Lead the Communications product area from discovery and customer research through delivery and go-to-market commercialization
  • Extend existing products such as the Notifications Centre while developing new communication channels
  • Guide Jane.app’s use of AI in Communications as part of the broader company AI strategy
  • Partner with product, design, engineering, support, product marketing, and communications design teams
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to resolve edge cases, assess trade-offs, test prototypes, and refine solutions
  • Define customer problems and desired outcomes with design and engineering leads
  • Develop roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, select what to test first, and determine what not to pursue
  • Address significant customer needs using customer insight and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Take products from concept to launch and support their commercialization

Requirements

  • At least five years of product management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience taking products from zero to one, including opportunity discovery, validation, beta testing, and commercialization
  • Experience leading product planning and strategy, including long-term vision development and prioritization
  • Experience facilitating workshops that investigate problems, develop ideas, and support decisions
  • Demonstrated success launching products that delivered a clear customer impact
  • Ability to define success metrics and apply data to product decisions
  • Experience delivering AI-powered products or features that address customer needs
  • Experience contributing to broader AI strategy through cross-team product development
  • Experience working with support, product marketing, communications design, engineering, and design partners
  • Strong ability to explain complex problems and solutions clearly and align senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Currently based in Canada with legal authorization to work there without employer sponsorship

  • Experience with communications, healthcare, AI, marketing automation, SMB or B2C products, or regulated environments is helpful but not required
