Description

  • Develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models for telecommunications applications
  • Create solutions for churn prediction, customer segmentation and clustering, and demand forecasting
  • Prepare, clean, transform, and analyze large-scale customer datasets
  • Engineer and select features that support effective machine learning models
  • Train, validate, and assess supervised and unsupervised models
  • Apply Python to data preparation, model development, validation, and automation
  • Use SQL to retrieve, transform, and process data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines throughout the machine learning lifecycle
  • Oversee model versioning, deployment, production monitoring, and retraining
  • Track production performance and data or model drift, applying corrective measures when needed
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders on scalable machine learning solutions
  • Maintain models that are reliable, supportable, and ready for production use
  • Improve models, features, and machine learning workflows using production findings

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related discipline
  • Mandatory experience in telecommunications or the Telco domain
  • Demonstrated success building and deploying production ML models for Telco use cases such as churn, customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and behavior prediction
  • Strong command of supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods
  • Advanced practical Python experience for data preparation, feature engineering, and model development
  • Strong SQL capabilities for accessing, processing, and analyzing customer data
  • Hands-on experience preparing customer data and engineering features
  • Practical MLOps experience with model versioning, deployment, production monitoring, and retraining
  • Experience using MLflow or a comparable model lifecycle and MLOps platform
  • Experience moving machine learning models from development into production and maintaining them afterward
  • Ability to assess model performance and identify areas for enhancement
  • Clear understanding of the complete machine learning lifecycle
  • Dataiku or a comparable enterprise machine learning platform is a plus
  • Experience with Spark, feature stores, or uplift modeling is a plus
