Senior Instructional Designer - Dallas, TX (Onsite)

T-Mobile is seeking a senior instructional designer to manage curricula, learning systems, and training initiatives for its telecommunications workforce. The role leads design teams and partners with stakeholders across multiple U.S. locations.

Description

  • Oversee multiple instructional design projects, keeping delivery on schedule and aligned with quality standards.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather and verify accurate, relevant course content.
  • Create, pilot, and launch training curricula that respond to changing organizational needs.
  • Evaluate and refresh existing training materials to preserve their effectiveness and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Guide and mentor instructional designers on design technologies and project management practices.
  • Build and maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships that support training development and implementation.
  • Complete additional duties and projects assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience, an advanced degree with at least 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Four to seven years of instructional design experience is preferred.
  • Experience with the ADDIE model is required.
  • Experience using content authoring tools is required.
  • Curriculum development experience is required.
  • Data analysis experience is required.
  • Instructional design experience is required.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is required.
  • Learning needs analysis experience is required.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience is required.
  • Training evaluation experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This role does not require travel.
