Senior Customer Business Partner, Meijer Account

Lead Kimberly-Clark’s joint business plan with Meijer, aligning customer strategy and omnichannel execution to grow its consumer brands. Drive account performance through cross-functional collaboration, insights, and financial results.

Description

  • Build and deliver the joint business plan for Kimberly-Clark’s Meijer account.
  • Coordinate category, finance, shopper marketing, digital, and other K-C teams with Meijer’s buyer and leadership.
  • Manage customer relationships and put K-C brand strategies and tactics into action.
  • Guide the broader team in creating and delivering an omnichannel joint business plan.
  • Meet financial goals and performance measures, including joint business plan and K-C targets.
  • Advance distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising programs from planning through execution.
  • Turn insights into plans that carry out national strategies and grow market share.
  • Monitor key objectives through business performance analysis.
  • Create corrective actions to address gaps against joint business plan goals.
  • Simplify team workflows to prioritize the most valuable work.
  • Spot opportunities tied to strategic priorities, including line reviews, joint business plans, and innovation summits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least four years of progressively responsible exempt experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development.
  • Proficiency in customer, category, and trade management.
  • CPG industry experience and experience with K-C customer or retailer accounts preferred.
  • A track record of exceeding sales objectives preferred.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand, and shelf resets preferred.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Sales experience and a record of building strong relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Results-focused and strategic approach.
