Build qualified pipeline for Rootstock Software’s cloud ERP platform through targeted prospect research and outbound outreach. Engage manufacturing and distribution accounts, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Description

  • Create outbound engagement through daily calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects in assigned accounts and territories.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings that develop into qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo Copilot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Claude for account research, outreach execution, and pipeline management.
  • Investigate target accounts, operating models, leadership teams, and ERP or manufacturing software challenges.
  • Complete structured onboarding, attend weekly one-to-ones, participate in coaching, and join team strategy sessions.
  • Partner with Account Executives on pipeline transitions, opportunity qualification, and account planning.
  • Take part in discussions covering pipeline performance, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Keep Salesforce records accurate and aligned with CRM standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous sales, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Interest in technology or software sales; exposure to ERP or B2B SaaS is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Sound research and analytical judgment.
  • Curiosity about how organizations operate.
  • High motivation and openness to coaching.
  • Comfort with performance measurement based on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in sales.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
