Investigate target accounts, operating models, leadership teams, and ERP or manufacturing software challenges.
Complete structured onboarding, attend weekly one-to-ones, participate in coaching, and join team strategy sessions.
Partner with Account Executives on pipeline transitions, opportunity qualification, and account planning.
Take part in discussions covering pipeline performance, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Keep Salesforce records accurate and aligned with CRM standards.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous sales, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Interest in technology or software sales; exposure to ERP or B2B SaaS is advantageous.
Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Sound research and analytical judgment.
Curiosity about how organizations operate.
High motivation and openness to coaching.
Comfort with performance measurement based on outcomes rather than activity.
