Description
- Research internal and online sources to gather supporting information for the Data Management department
- Classify information and identify relevant differences and similarities
- Contact providers to obtain and confirm required information
- Process assigned provider data queues
- Build thorough knowledge of the company’s products
- Follow client-specific procedures, Reliant protocols, scripts, and related requirements
- Complete additional job-related tasks and special projects as assigned
- Support Senior Client Services representatives with client and administrative requests
Requirements
- Two to three years of relevant experience in health insurance and customer service
- Experience contacting providers by phone or other communication methods
- Working knowledge of healthcare policies and payment processes
- Familiarity with claims workflow tools or systems
- Experience collaborating across teams
