Join Horizontal Talent as an Associate Recruiter focused on sourcing and placing creative and digital professionals across technology, business strategy, creative, and marketing teams. Own full-cycle recruiting, cultivate candidate pipelines, and track performance in a metrics-driven environment.

Description

  • Identify, attract, and close creative and digital professionals across UX/UI, marketing, content, project management, and development.
  • Use recruiting technology, automation, and AI tools to support placements and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Handle multiple searches at once while managing the complete recruiting process.
  • Perform cold outreach, candidate screening, interviews, and ongoing candidate coordination.
  • Develop a reliable talent pipeline and maintain productive candidate relationships.
  • Regularly participate in industry networking events.
  • Meet activity and performance goals in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a highly driven work ethic and competitive approach.
  • Be comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
  • Bring strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
