Marketing and Communications Operations Manager | Acrisure | On-site

Lead budget, vendor, project, and workflow operations for Acrisure’s marketing and communications function. Coordinate cross-functional delivery, governance, reporting, and process improvement in an on-site role.

Description

  • Oversee daily vendor and agency relationships, covering onboarding, scope alignment, contract tracking, performance reviews, issue resolution, and budget coordination
  • Process invoices, resolve discrepancies, monitor spending patterns, and escalate variances or risks
  • Keep budget records current and support monthly and quarterly budget-versus-actual reporting
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor administration with procurement, including third-party intake and approvals
  • Create project plans, schedules, workback plans, budget milestones, and vendor coordination plans
  • Manage project timelines and align deliverables among internal teams and external partners
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budget impacts, and resource requirements
  • Lead project meetings and communicate status to leaders and stakeholders
  • Oversee intake, prioritization, and workflow coordination across marketing and communications channels
  • Maintain and enhance operating procedures, governance standards, workflow tools, planning calendars, roadmaps, and launch schedules
  • Coordinate enterprise programs that require integrated marketing and communications support
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools covering project status, budgets, team capacity, resource allocation, and governance milestones
  • Contribute to annual planning, quarterly business reviews, departmental reporting, and leadership presentations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to align projects, portfolios, budgets, and governance practices with strategic objectives and KPIs
  • Improve workflows by developing project templates, governance frameworks, budget tools, and operational best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience in operations, project management, budget coordination, vendor management, or marketing and communications
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, project governance, budget tracking, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, or Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with procurement, finance, or vendor management platforms such as Workday, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, or similar systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willingness to work on-site to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnerships
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred
  • Experience in a large, matrixed, or global organization is preferred
