Description
- Manage Movidesk tickets while meeting first-response and resolution-time SLAs.
- Prioritize tickets by urgency across urgent, high, medium, and low categories.
- Assess customer needs, collaborate with the Support and Maintenance team on solutions, and document all actions in each ticket.
- Escalate maintenance work requiring product source-code changes to the Development team.
- Monitor and maintain customer data hosted in cloud environments.
- Create manual security backups of geographic databases.
- Test functionality delivered by the Development team.
- Install and configure core solution components, including operating systems, databases, and application servers.
- Help customers resolve questions about using Geopixel Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or computer science-related field, such as Systems Analysis, Database Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Ability to critically analyze system specifications presented in text or UML.
- Working knowledge of GIS concepts.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Tomcat.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of the PostGIS spatial extension.
