Description
- Support customers with graphic design requests
- Review submitted artwork against printing standards
- Adapt customer designs to product specifications and production requirements
- Contact customers to confirm and agree on necessary design changes
- Collect feedback on products, processes, services, and customer experience
- Share findings with the Team Leader and Escalation teams
- Meet targets established by the team leader or manager
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in daily work
- Complete additional duties assigned by the team leader or manager
- Take part in activities that strengthen role-related skills through continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the product catalogue to provide accurate customer guidance
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in commercial design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, as well as Affinity and Canva
- Creative approach to delivering design support for clients
- Advanced InDesign knowledge for multi-page materials such as catalogues, books, and magazines
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to high-quality work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Confidence learning and adapting to new software applications
- Fluent spoken and written Italian
- Fluent spoken and written English or French is an advantage
- Willingness to work collaboratively
- Positive and constructive attitude
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and requests
- Ability to suggest and advocate for process improvements
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Flexibility when working in a changing environment
