HR Generalist - Onsite in Texas

Support Air Culinaire Worldwide’s employee lifecycle across recruiting, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and offboarding. Manage HR operations for a multi-state hourly workforce.

Description

  • Support activities throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Manage requisitions, postings, candidate screening, background and drug checks, driving record reviews, offer letters, and onboarding
  • Manage Form I-9 compliance, including document review and E-Verify
  • Receive, review, and process employment status updates
  • Prepare official notices for promotions and job changes
  • Handle employment and wage verification requests
  • Support benefits enrollment, Open Enrollment, internal communications, wellness programs, leave, and accommodation processes
  • Develop training materials, coordinate sessions, and monitor attendance
  • Coordinate office events and employee engagement activities
  • Administer ACW’s HRIS configuration, including security, departments, job titles, locations, and password resets
  • Maintain employee data, personnel files, HRIS records, and the HRIS landing page
  • Coordinate post-accident drug testing and driving record reviews
  • Track minimum wage updates and maintain HRIS data for OSHA reporting
  • Support audits and insurance renewals
  • Keep labor law postings compliant across company locations
  • Prepare offboarding documentation and coordinate with IT and payroll
  • Deliver HR support to employees across the organization
  • Enhance HR processes and documentation
  • Support annual and special initiatives, including performance reviews, base pay changes, bonus programs, and audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • At least five years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting Human Resources operations across multiple states
  • HR experience supporting a large hourly workforce
  • HR experience in hospitality, such as food services, hotels, or country clubs
  • Fluent Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information and collaborate with employees at every organizational level
  • Working knowledge of current federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when interpreting and applying policies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
