Data Annotation Specialist – Hybrid in India
Create technical service pathways and flowcharts for Neuron7.ai’s service-intelligence platform. Collaborate with customer teams, train subject-matter experts, and help monitor cloud operations.
Description
- Interpret product manuals, service guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Convert technical information into accurate flowcharts that reflect real-world service and troubleshooting logic.
- Partner with Customer Success to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and meet delivery timelines.
- Explain product functionality to customer subject-matter experts and provide training when required.
- Manage projects from scope definition and effort estimation through delivery coordination.
- Verify that each pathway and flowchart meets quality standards and matches its source documentation.
- Join rotating monitoring shifts to support continuous, 24/7 platform coverage.
- Track platform health, infrastructure, and alerts with tools such as Datadog.
- Investigate cloud and service alerts, identify issues, and provide clear context when escalating to on-call engineers.
- Coordinate effective shift handovers to maintain uninterrupted team coverage.
Requirements
- Communicate technical information clearly and confidently in writing and conversation with internal teams and customers.
- Read complex technical documentation and break it down into logical components.
- Understand how flowcharts represent processes, decisions, and logical progression.
- Bring foundational knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure.
- Understand REST API fundamentals, including endpoints, HTTP methods, request and response structures, and status codes.
- Use browser developer tools, including the console and network panel.
- Apply strong attention to detail and sound judgment when situations are ambiguous.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team and remain composed under pressure.
- Work flexible hours primarily aligned with the PST time zone.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or a comparable diagramming tool is advantageous.
- Exposure to monitoring platforms such as Datadog is advantageous.
