Client Manager, Site Design – Dallas Hybrid

Description
- Act as the primary contact for an assigned client, division, or team-level account
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain high satisfaction
- Oversee client service delivery for the team
- Manage strategic accounts across one or more teams
- Partner with project managers to guide project execution plans
- Build knowledge of each client’s business and industry
- Present growth strategies, uncover opportunities, and cross-sell services
- Develop client-specific communication plans and deliver regular project updates and reports
- Carry out client growth plans and cross-selling initiatives
- Earn repeat business through outstanding client service
- Set expectations and negotiate mutually effective outcomes
- Work with internal leaders to resolve client concerns and conflicts
- Use client feedback to inform decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred
- At least eight years of progressively responsible client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to contribute effectively on a team
- Willingness to travel for office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed
